Offered in packages of three, these sessions provide individuals and families with guided support, healing tools, and space for reflection.
Why Rissa Cares Matters
Nerissa and her team have extensive experience supporting children and families impacted by physical disabilities, mental health challenges, substance use, and systemic inequities. As trusted community mentors, they center healing, empowerment, and culturally grounded care. Their trauma-informed, peer-to-peer approach fosters resilience and connection.
Nerissa is living proof that your past does not define your future. She reminds us:
Loving yourself doesn’t mean you don’t love your family, it means you’re choosing not to repeat the trauma. It’s okay to say no. Good boundaries create peace.
